Yagelong Hardware's Phase III workshop officially began production this month. The 12,000-square-meter facility houses 20 high-speed precision stamping lines, 4 automatic damper assembly lines and an in-house mold workshop.

With the new capacity online, monthly output of cabinet hinges reaches 3 million pieces and drawer slides 600,000 sets, shortening the lead time of standard wholesale orders to 15-20 days.

The workshop is fully covered by our ISO 9001 quality management system, with online SPC monitoring on key dimensions such as cup diameter and plate thickness to guarantee batch consistency for OEM customers.
